Route to activity location
Take MRT --> alight at Kallang --> transfer to bus 980 at Lor 1 Geylang Ter --> alight at Upper Thomson Road (opp Flame Tree Park) --> walk 200m to starting point of Route 6 (Orange)

Learn about the flora and fauna through an exploratory TreeTop Walk. You will have the opportunity to know our forest and thus appreciate its rich biodiversity.

Indulge in an oasis of greenery and tranquility amidst the lush verdant surroundings of our parks, nature reserves and gardens. Appreciate Mother Nature by slowing your footsteps and paying attention to its wondrous sights and sounds. You will discover not just rare tree species and interesting wildlife, but also a healthier you!
So put on your most comfortable shoes, pack a water bottle and get ready for a little nature discovery walk. Breathe in the crisp fresh air as you march on the soft soil. Pause every now and then for a closer observation of wildlife and natural surroundings that you will not see beyond the forest. Informative signs are displayed at certain plants where you can learn about the plant's name and characteristic. In addition, signposts are located strategically to guide park visitors. You can thereby be assured that trekking is safe.
The HSBC TreeTop Walk (HSBC TTW) is the highlight of this hiking route in MacRitchie. The first of its kind in Singapore and in the region, this free-standing suspension bridge connects the two highest points (Bukit Peirce and Bukit Kalang) in MacRitchie and offers a bird's eye view of the community of plants and animals that live in the forest canopy. The total length of the walkway is about 250m and its height from the forest floor varies, with the highest point at 25m.
